If you choose to guarantee your booking by prepayment a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total accommodation charge is required. This can be paid by cheque or debit/credit card at the time of booking, (telephone, email or FAX) and will be deducted from your final statement on departure. Should you wish to cancel, this needs to be carried out in writing by email, fax or letter and is subject to the following conditions: Cancellations made between 14 & 7 days in advance of the planned booking will be charged 50% of the confirmed reserved accommodation. If made less than 7 days in advance of the planned booking you will be charged 100% of the confirmed reserved accommodation. In the event of a cancellation, the deposits are non refundable. Non-cancellation and not taking up the reserved accommodation will result in a charge of 100% of the confirmed reserved accommodation charge. By confirming a reservation by either cheque debit/credit card you agree to these terms & conditions. We do recommend that you take a travel insurance for any unexpected cancellation due to unavoidable event.
